Providing Social, Environmental and Economic benefit to the communities of South West Wales; while geographically located within the historical boundaries of Dinefwr, Dyfed. - we aim to operate across borders, linking communities throughout Cymru.
We aim to work across all tiers of local governance, business and community to achieve the overarching principles of Sustainable Development as laid down in the Memorandum and Articles of Association of theARCproject CIC.
As a registered CIC, we have a responsibility to adhere to the legislation and administration of the CIC Regulator, therefore all revenues and surplus remain in trust for the Communities of Dinefwr and assist in meeting the principles, aims and objectives of theARCproject CIC.
